About Nature One Dairy
Nature One Dairy Pty Ltd is an Australian-owned company dedicated to producing only the highest quality powdered and liquid milk products. We produce a range of dairy products specifically designed for every age group ranging from infants to the elderly and everything in-between. Nature One Dairy products are available in Australia as well as international markets including China, Singapore, Vietnam, and Indonesia. Our powdered milk products are manufactured in ISO 8 pharmaceutical grade facility in Carrum Downs, Victoria which has been specifically designed with infant formula in mind. Our Carrum Downs facility is certified by the Department of Agriculture to be an Export Registered Establishment (Establishment No. 1879) as having achieved standards in good hygienic practice, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), product integrity and importing country requirements. We are also a licensed facility by the Dairy Food Safety Victoria (DFSV).

Store Terms & Conditions
- Delivery only within Singapore and excludes any restricted areas.
- All orders will be processed within 1 - 3 working days. Delivery will usually occur within 3 - 5 working days.
- Please ensure you have indicated an accurate full address and contact number. Nature One Dairy® will not be liable for any unsuccessful delivery resulting from inaccurate address submitted.
- In the event of unsuccessful delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, courier will attempt up to 2 more deliveries over 2 consecutive working days before returning the parcel back to Nature One Dairy®.
- A delivery fee of $4.50 will be charged in the event of redelivery requested after the 3 attempts.
- Please note that the delivery time slot cannot be selected.
Exchange/Refund Policy
- All orders are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled once orders are confirmed.
- For any defects or incorrect item(s) received, please contact customercare@natureonedairy.com within 5 days of receiving your item(s). Nature One Dairy® may choose to not entertain any requests after 5 days.
