The Portable Pedal Exerciser with Foot Plates is an excellent lower limb exercise device for use at home. The foot plates come with velcro straps to secure the feet for better support during exercise. Resistance level can be adjusted using the knob. The Portable Pedal Exerciser is lightweight and ideal as a space-saving alternative to the exercise bicycle.

Note that the Foot Plates are not removable from the pedals.
